ABOUT SCOOPAAT
On November 10, 2016, a Cooperative Society was created, governed by the provisions of the OHADA Uniform Act on the law of Cooperative Societies. It arose from the ashes of the defunct company “SACCAH” managed by the late Father ABDALLAH. It took the form of a Simplified Cooperative Society whose PCG is ABDALLAH Fils (ABDALLAH Hussein). It adopted the name ‘SCOOPAAT SCOOPS’: Agricultural Cooperative Society of Agneby-Tiassa. Its headquarters are in AGBOVILLE. SCOOPAAT has been certified since 2016. Since then, the cooperative has seen a significant increase in tonnages collected and sold to exporters. It started with 250 members and 7 sections. To date, it has more than 1,850 members and 18 sections.
We have been RAINFOREST (RFA) certified since 2016.
